Aftermarket reeds

I am about to put some new carbonfiber reed petals on my stock reed cages, I was wondering if I have to put the reed stops back on or not.....I don't think i have to, but i figured I would see what the pros think.

It should come with instructions. Id say no. Just my opinion.

Yah i thought they would come with instructions but they didn't. I went ahead and put them on with out the reed stops , I guess i will just see wahat happens.
