fastrthnu Posted January 13, 2008 Report Posted January 13, 2008 Im getting some RZ clylinders, will they use the same studs and all to use on my motor? and If I get the same gasket set new for my 4mm crank for them, would that still work? I take it the strokes are the same? I can get the bottom too, but I want to keep the banshee shorter gearing. Or can I just put my banshee trans in the rz motor? Quote
2strokespirit Posted January 13, 2008 Report Posted January 13, 2008 Keep the RZ tranny, Yes everything will work, suppose you know about the exhaust flanges...now big deal anyways. The RZ has a shorter 1st and shorter 6th, I would personally stay with the RZ tranny, smoother shifting with RZ shift forks and so on. You can play with the sprocket ratios on both trannys and you can get them close to each other. I am building a RZ motor and another RZ tranny is going on a stock stroke cub... Quote
