530grafix Posted December 13, 2007 Report Posted December 13, 2007 does anyone have any pics of a bracket to relocate the coolant bottle to the front somewhere? Quote
theshee Posted December 13, 2007 Report Posted December 13, 2007 never seen one moved to the front. any real reason you want to keep it. Id throw it as far as i could and never think about it again. Quote
530grafix Posted December 13, 2007 Author Report Posted December 13, 2007 i heard that some places require you to have it. is that true? Quote
theshee Posted December 13, 2007 Report Posted December 13, 2007 i dont think so... i bet 98% of people on here have them off with no problems. Quote
530grafix Posted December 13, 2007 Author Report Posted December 13, 2007 do you just loop th hoses? Quote
Bansh-eman Posted December 13, 2007 Report Posted December 13, 2007 just run the hose from under the radi cap down the frame and zip tie it Quote
wacko2000 Posted December 13, 2007 Report Posted December 13, 2007 I actually relocated mine tonight alittle while ago, didnt finish with the hoses yet, but know IM thinkin about just chucking it, alot of people on here do not run them.. I zip tied mine right behind the front bumper, cant see it once the places are on, and it makes jetting alot easier.. Im goin to see how I like it up front, I going back into the garage inalittle, Ill snap a pic or two for ya...Its nothing special, I have never seen a bracket made to locate it upfront, just some zip-ties Quote
91banshee Posted December 13, 2007 Report Posted December 13, 2007 relocate nothing . throw that shit away i havent run one in years . Quote
wacko2000 Posted December 13, 2007 Report Posted December 13, 2007 relocate nothing . throw that shit away i havent run one in years . Okay well I have a question for that.. If you completly elimate it, Sometimes when Im riding I will notice that there Is some coolant in there and then sometimes there isnt, without it on the bike it will just overflow and drain out from the hose that is by the cap, but know you have to keep an eye on you coolant level and keep filling it up, how does this work?
