just completely rebuilt my bike... i have the trinity 2 into 1 with a 33pwk 50 pilot 185 main needle on mid clip. FMF gold series pipes, K&N filter, cool head with 18cc domes, running c12 fuel 32:1 ratio, its 56 degrees out right now. bike will not idle, hardly any low end, running very fat, pulled both plugs... one cylinder seems much fatter than the other.

any ideas.... im lost!

I have a 34mm pj and run a 42 pilot, airs crew 2 turns out, 155 main, needle in third clip. The motor is drag ported, fmf gnarly pipes, milled stock head (140 psi compression), and clamp on k&n. I rode today in 40 degrees, no humidity. basically sea level elevation and the jetting was perfect. Although, I have a dial a jet set to the richest setting which explains the 155 main. I'd try dropping your pilot to around 42-45 and main to 170-175 and see how it likes that. If I remember right, without the dial a jet I was running a 165 or 170 main in the 90 degree summer, but that was over a year ago and I can't recall exactly. As far as one cylinder looking leaner than another, make sure there are no air leaks around the reed cage to cylinder and manifold to cage mating. Try spraying some carb cleaner or starting fluid around the joints once you get the engine running a little better and see if the revs pick up at all indicating a leak. I always put a light film of permatex ultra copper just to be safe. Good luck!
