Alright heres the deal. I recently put 35 pwks on and after I got them on and ready to test out, my clutch started slipping out of no where. It worked fine before the 35s. So today I pulled off the cover and put a new pressure plate and 3 hd springs and 3 stockers in. Got everything adjusted perfect and it still slips. Now I figure the obvious but the clutch was new about 3 months ago and I have ridden on it maybe 5 times. So Im asking if Im right on the clutch being fried. Thanks Guys!!

I forgot to add that the reason I didnt put a new clutch in when I had it apart was because I didnt have one. I had a new pressure plate and new springs left over from a previous build

I would say its possible that it is fried, I wonder what would have caused it though? Did you happen to measure the fibers with a caliper when you had it apart? I dont have my clymers handy but it lists the specs in there if you have one. I would say just measure the fibers. How is they cable?

same thing is happening in my brother's banshee. the clutch in my banshee started slipping so i changed the oil(black and thin as hell) and it didn't slip any more. Well i got a clutch setup from lethaface so i let my brother have my clutch, that wasn't slipping and while he had it appart we put a brand new pressure plate on it.( it also has a billit basket.) We put it all back together with new oil and guess what still slipps, even tho the clutch plates didnt' slip in my banshee weird aiint it...
