f4istunna Posted November 17, 2007 Report Posted November 17, 2007 Bought a 97 banshee not long ago, w/ intentions on making a winter project out of it, and building a 2 stroke woods bike. Yesterday while out practing for an upcoming XC race, i smoked the topend in my bike so need the $$ to get that back in shape for the winter series, wouldnt mind modding it a little while im in there. Its a 97 pretty much all stock other than a boost bottle right now. I bought it w/ bad crank (rod bearing has play) Have new hotrods crank, new pistons, gaskets etc to rebuild the motor just havent got around to messing w/ it yet. Frame, a arms, axle etc all straight, yellow/red scheme no cracks in plastic some of oem stickers peeled up a little. Have a complete shee torn down. I also have one of my cars listed for sale now, so if it sells quick i wont need to sell the shee but who knows..... Ill try and get some pics up asap, taking offers on it as of now. let me know if you guys are interested in anything or possibly the whole bike.
