oil on bottom of crankcase?

I keep fouling plugs and my bike runs great. I was told that there might be built up oil at the bottom of my case. Is there a way to check without removing the top end?

I have no idea what that means. If your fouling plugs, your jetting is probably too rich somewhere. Are your air filters clean?
