13bturbofc Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 first off you have to have a bank account or credit card then you just go to the paypal site and set up anccount with them its very self explanitory then all you do to send money is click on the send money tab on the paypal site and enter the persons paypal address(email) its very easy Quote
