Toybreaker Posted November 2, 2007 Report Share Posted November 2, 2007 Set up on my wifes bike with: no porting K&N No lid Boysen rad valves t-5's Toomey needles 280 mains 27.5 pilot 1.5 turns out on idle screw needle on 3 groove from the top Jetted for Glamis. In the colder months I go 2 grooves from the top with the needle. Them main is a bit fat but fat won't kill the motor like lean will. Always start FAT and lean it down. Read the jetting sticky. A little more info, and we can help ya out. :beer: Air lid removed,stock air filter, 70 degrees, 4000 feet above sea level, .060 over, coolhead 20cc, carbon fiber reeds, boost bottle.
