Whats up? I was putting my PWKs back together to put on my bike today. I was wondering is there anything that holds the needle against the slide? The way I have it now the needle is in the clip, and just sitting on top of the plastic piece that goes inside the slide. I thought there was something that holds the needle against the slide, but maybe I'm wrong.

Yes there is a Screw on type holder thingy ma jigger, the PJs have the push and turn i believe. The plastic piece (collar) fits in the groove of the thingy ma jigger i believe also.

There is the slide, the needle drops down inside the slide, and sits on the little E clip that holds it on whatever notch you have it on. Then there is the cable holder that screws into the slide and holds the needle in place. Run your cable through the cap, then the spring, then the little white plastic collar, hook it into the cable holder and then the white plastic collar slides over the cable holder and holds the cable in place.

Ohhh, I think I get it, basically the needle sits ebtween the plastic piece and the slide right? Idont know why I was having such a tough time getting everything together, they are 28mm PWKs if that makes a difference.
