here is the deal i try to start the bike it pops and backfires

if i get lucky and it does crank it will not rev

 

i have good fire it looks like

plenty of compression

 

 

the only thing that is iffy is that the alky is a little old

and the reeds are used but look good

 

any ideas let me know i want to ride this thing

the keyway was sheared installed a new one and it rubs great
