shee rips Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 i was at canadian tire today and saw some little cool looking driving lights and thought of the banshee. they dont say the wattage but they have mr 11 halogen bulbs. i think they are the same bulbs that are in the 35 watt trail tech lights, but if someone could confirm that it would be great. Snopczynski Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 the trail tech mr11's come with 35w bulbs, but if those are for a car you will have to remove the bulbs and verify it. Quote
shee rips Posted October 2, 2007 Author Report Posted October 2, 2007 i thought it was that the trail techs use the mr 11s, which i figured would mean theese are also 35 watts. it says on the box that those bulbs are in them. Quote
Snopczynski Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 trail tech makes an mr11 light, but there most popular one is the mr16. Mr11 and mr16 bulbs are offered in sizes from 20w to 100w, so they could be 55w bulbs. Quote
shee rips Posted October 3, 2007 Author Report Posted October 3, 2007 ok thanks, i gotcha is there a way i can test them to know how many watts they are, or where would i look? these lights are kinda cool looking and for 50 bucks i figured i would give them a try if they will work with the stock stator. Snopczynski Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 take the bulbs out and look on the back of them. Quote
