banshee leaks gas out of one of the plastic lines coming from carb

Float Valves, I just had the same problem, had the carbs on and off 4 times till I figured it out. I bought oem Float valve assembly for $30 a side and it stopped the leak. Might be your problem.

There are three hoses coming off your carb. Which of these three hoses is it leaking from?

 

Have you checked your needle and seat yet?

its the one on the very bottom of the carb.
