BansheeBruce Posted September 21, 2007 Report Posted September 21, 2007 I just got some CPI's. They fit really tight where the stinger meets the pipe, doesn't seem like I would even need collars. Does anyone run without the collars? Any leaks? Quote
Handyman Posted September 21, 2007 Report Posted September 21, 2007 yeah I would use the collars to be on the safe side. Quote
Hilarious Posted September 21, 2007 Report Posted September 21, 2007 I would use some collars. I had some made by TM Designworks on mine. They just slip on, none of that clamping crap. They have o-rings inside of them. I origonally had them on my fattys. And further more, i now have them on my shearers. They fit very well. Quote
peterlocal22 Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 i would def. spend the money and buy some pipe clamps. they may not leak now but will probably in the future. ive bought alot of pipe clamps over the years and tm design works pipe collars are in my opinion the best. i think they look the best too. they are alittle more exp. than normal clamps but there well worth the investment. lets us know what you get Quote
