extrme-shee-racer Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 Hey hows it goin? I know its probably been asked a billion times but I was just wondering if that Lucas semi-synthetic racing oil is any good? Is it as good as Yamahalube? Thanks, Mike Quote
Bansh-eman Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 Lucas makes good products. Id just stick with yamalube. Quote
FireHead Posted September 7, 2007 Report Posted September 7, 2007 Lucas makes good products. Id just stick with yamalube. I agree here. Normally I am not a fan of OEM chemicals, but Yamaha does really well with most of there stuff. It is not just rebottled poo. On a similar note, you have to remember that there are only a small fraction of people in the world that actually make automotice'esque chemicals. Most products you see are rebottled. Lucas is one of those companies that makes me wonder how they make the money that justifies their major racing expenditures. On the surface they don't appear to have a market share that would support such things. :geek: Quote
