Hi Everybody! (first post)

Just wanted to make my first post.... I have been riding a 2000 CR250 for years along with two other friends with banshees and I found myself borrowing or riding theirs around more offten then not and enjoying the hell out of it...

 

Picked up a 1998 with pipes, jetted and some nice new sand tires... Not many mods but I managed to find a set of Vforce 2 reeds on ebay for 100.00 which is not bad.

 

Will I need to do any jetting or anything with the VForce 2 reeds? Or just put them in and go? How much power gain from stock to those?

You don't have to re-jet for reeds, and they probably won't give you noticeable power, but they do make acceleration a little snappier(quicker).

 

Just a forewarning, don;t ask any questions about boost bottles. :biggrin:

Yeah.. Boost bottles are gay, I already know that.. haha Back when we used to have gas powered RC trucks that was a big upsell on those too... Get a boost bottle it will give you more power... Whatever. Junk.
