I just picked up a single carb setup and was wandering what some of your opinions were. Likes and dislikes. I hope to have it on in the next day or two. Thanks for your opinions. :biggrin:

I like everything about mine, dont dislike anything. What carb did you get for it?

I got a kehin 38 or 35? Cant remember. It was my buddies so ill figure it all out when i put it on. It was on a 4 mill so i have to rejet it.

Ummmm, well you should sort of figure it out before you put it on. If its going on a ported bike or a stock bike, a 38mm carb is gonna be in my opinion too big. You also need to jet it first, strokers will usually run a little leaner than a ported bike.

Oh i will. I just havent talked to my buddy again yet. Plus i had a few beers that night. It was just a spur of the moment thing. I might wait too put it on untill i port my bike anyway. I plan on doing it this winter. :blush:

Its a 38. Too big you think huh.

I ran a 38mm TMX on my stock engine... It ran awesome. It got better when I went to the 2-1 dynoport pipe. I'd say 35mm if you haven't done anything to the motor, and 38mm if you have.
