gabbyb3 Posted July 16, 2007 Report Share Posted July 16, 2007 my 1st banshee, sold my 1997 cr 500 woods bike{ dry break tank,skid plates, rg3 suspension ti nitrated,fmf gnarly pipe with spark arrester,} for it. its mostly stock, has a coolhead, toomy t 5 pipes, v force reeds and cvage and a boost bottle.i got ean extra set of domes for the head. what are they for? also i broke the triggger off my slator when i checked the timing..can this be fixed or idoes it have to be replaced?any help would be great... peak-j Posted July 16, 2007 Report Share Posted July 16, 2007 The domes are interchangable, they have a number engraved on the side which is the cc's. So far mine has been very reliable with the mods I have. Not to sure on the stator deal, but whatever broke, i'd replace it with new instead of messing with it. That could be the start of an unreliable ride. [/quo That bike should be pretty fast with those pipes. Those domes are diff ccs and allow you to get more compression or less compression depending on which way you go. Buy a new part.
