Recomend checking out some of the vids in "new media" The second vid down is old school but pretty cool and gives you a idea on what this road and race up it is about.. That website also has some sweet pics and good info..

The event is a kickass time and if there is anyway to make it, I recomend checking it out!!!

It would be pretty cool to compete in it but..

My bikes basicly solely setup for sand.. So it would take alot of work and money to set it up.

Its CRAZY money to registure.. If you did it around this time last year I think it was like a couple hundred. But as the year goes on it gets more exspensive, think its up 7-8 hundred now..

I will be stoked to just kickback at 13,000 feet and BBQ!

It is sort of an invite only thing these days.

I won't be there, but you can see some of my engineers and technicians there, attached to this (sorry, it's an old picture from Fluidyne's website).

The only thing I can suggest for future racers is spend alot of time on the mountain learning the road and then spend the next several years getting racing experience under your belt before they will let you compete. I will attach a pic from one of my practice runs before my getoff.

Good advice. Any of the operations I have been associated with have only been successful because of all the time we spent digesting our data that we collected at the hill. :geek:
