boring out cylinders

hey i was wondering when you bore out you cylinders do you have to change your domes cuz of the slightly bigger pistions?

one size overbore not for dragging? same domes will hardly make a difference. trying to squeeze every ounce of hp out of it? then have your builder modify your domes.
