Ok so i'm removing all the excess wiring for the TORS so really i'm only cutting wires that were disconnected just dangling there ya know. Well i forgot my headlight connectors were dangling too cause they don't match up to the connector on my headlights so i cut them as well. What do i need to do as far as re-running or wiring the headlight electrical system? Anybody have this problem or know what i can do? I found a site where i can get a brand new entire electrical system for the bike for only 100 bucks i figured if i get that everything is new and clean and i can learn how everything works by installing it that way.

Opinions greatly appreciated!

Well, if it were me i would just solder the wires back together and heat shrink it....Why spend 100 bucks??

Well the connectors that were there didn't match up with my headlight connectors. Is there anywhere that i can get the right connectors i mean it isn't a bad idea i just don't know where to solder the wires back to the main wire assembly.

try doing what he said... or if you want to go to radio shack and get the male/female things crimp and soilder them and push the rubber boots over them to keep them clean... you dont need a special connector for them to work
