clutch adjuster

I just got done putting the motor together and now the clutch/adjuster needs to be put in. I have the tightening specs for the clutch bolts. How should I install the adjuster rod..how tight do i need to tighten the screw and the nut?

I don't know of a torque spec, but I always use blue locktite on the nut. You know to adjust it till the lever on top of your cases lines up w/the arrow right? And do this w/the hub and clutch springs tightened.
