elwilliams13 Posted May 27, 2007 Report Posted May 27, 2007 Hello all, new to the forum long time 2 stroke atc owner first time banshee owner. I have a question for you guys. Got the new 06 banshee and got a pro design K&N kit with adapter because the stock one came loose and I inhaled some florida sugar sand in the carbs enough to plug the air screw port and cause it to stall on idle. Got that taken care of all cleaned up. My question is after looking on here there is a link that said you should add 1-2 jet sizes for snorkel removal, 1-2 for lid removal and 4-6 for the K&N. I currently ride in florida bone stock besides having filter and airbox lid removed with outerwear on filter mostly trails and occasional WOT 2 to 5 min. at a time. Put in a 260 main stock pilot and needle in center 3rd space. Premix 91 octane 32:1 Is this a good starting point for this set up? Any advice appreciated. Quote

Yeah that is what I was thinking too. Just wanted to run it by you guys because it has been awhile since I messed with this. The wife said it was smoking pretty bad when I blew past her wide open plugs where a little darker than I like. Quote
