well i was filing my rings today did one set at .11 and when i sized up the other set they were already at .11, is this comon? just wondering i checked it 2 times. then i went to install one circlip on each piston and found that there was only one clip in my second piston's box(in brand new baggy) just kinda bitching about that. don

I hope you mean .011. It is common to need to adjust ring gap a few thousandths. you might want to measure your bores to make sure they are really correct. I have seen it too many times. Piston no el-fit-o!

those rings are made by the hundereds at a time, it isnt uncommon for the "same size" rings to be not the same.... as long as your gap is correct and your piston clearances are good you should have nothing to worry about
