will the pistons travel past 0 deck height even with 795 series pistons ? will i have to have my domes cut ?

 

If you are running a stroker crank and OEM pistons without a spacer plate, yes...they will travel past 0 deck.

That's why you get the head/domes cut, the piston will slightly run up into it.

795 series are used because of a longer rod, NOT the stroker crank (110mm is stock rod length, 115 is long rod)
