I ride mostly trails in central fla. I have a coolhead with 19cc domes, t-5 toomey's, k&n intake, v-force reeds, adj. timing plate +4, stock carb., barnett hd clutch, stock gearing and I run 110 race fuel. I can move through the woods pretty quick but the 450's eat me up in the turns. so I'm looking for more power down low. so I beleive I'm looking for a woods/trail port. Can anyone recommend a good place and how much I am going to pay. Thanks

Well anyone out there can do a basic woods port but if you want to get into specifics you will need a woods port in terms of material taken out not too much and you don want your ports raised high or you will have too much topend but if your looking for more lowend your ports will have to be changed more ports dirlled in the intake are optional. I get all motor work done by Cody Buchanan of Buchanan Racing. He builds some very gnarly 2 stroke engines with the lowend TQ To shut a 450s lights out.Nasty start out and cornering power and you will still have that 2 stroke hit with as much HP reving from 9-11000 RPMs whatever your choice. I prefer it dropping off at 9000 RPMs so Im not overreving from corner to corner. If you would like more info on what he can do for you PM me and I will give you all of the information you need and his number so he can explain all of this to you.
