I dont know what you have on your bike or dont have, so post your mods and people will help you out.

fastrthnu
aluminum conducts heat very well,. and when you can get more fluid through it it takes more heat away. Because of this you can run a slightly higher compression with advanced timing on pump gas.The combo of this and a timing plate will be nice. They look much better than stock. And if you have the choice to look looker..... Get a noss head instead of a cool head. dont have to change studs and they look better. JET 99
noss head is about $240.00 US i think $235.00 actually from a builder whos banner is on top of some of the forum pages.(i dont want to start a builder pissin match on your thread) . its a good head... has interchangable domes.. dont go wild on compression yet. you still have a stock crankshaft. needs to be trued and welded if you start running hi compression.. but with the interchangable domes later if you go further with your mods. you can change domes and not get a whole new head...
