anyone had them work on thier shocks before. i got a set of those zps but the girl was talking like i have the wrong setup for my riding.

 

 

was wondering if people had good experiences with them and their work. im probably going to ship them out to them just want to double check.

I bought new fronts and had them redo my stock rear. Very happy with everything. I spoke to Todd on the phone a few times, he seemed like he was pretty busy and didn't want to chit chat but got what I wanted taken care of.

how was the ride after getting them put on. im going to tell it more dune, pasture riding, smooth ride not needing like jumping shocks.

I have had them do this service to a few rear shocks. I used to live about an hour away from them and I have been to their shop several times. Their service and quality is absolutely fantastic. Some of the folks that work for them are a little strange, but well meaning and knowlegable :thumbsup: .

I have a set of triple rate with rezzie shocks on my wife's Z400 and a double rate stock re-do on my Banshee. They are great!

I have mine revalved already, but what do they charge for the dual rate setup? just the parts, I can put them on myself.

I told them my main concern was the whoops. I get tired of them beating me up trail riding at Waynoka. They handle the whoops 300 times better than stock. That section that goes from the main dragstrip by the south gate over to the one that is more west, I can run thru in gear 3rd wot. Tried 4th a couple of times but the ass end starts getting a little jumpy. They land from jumps really good, but they do ride a little rough. I'm sure they will work yours different because of the description you gave them so prolly ride a whole lot different.

 

Edit: I have heard that the reworked stock rears don't last very long and you're better off buying the TCS rear. I've had mine on for only about 5 trips to the dunes and haven't had any problems.

They recommend a preloaded setup for duning....was in the same boat as you Wes. But they resprung the front and rear and revalved them all for like $400 + shipping. I thought that was a good deal and they were definitely much nicer than the stock setup, especially the rear since I had an extended swingarm and weigh about 210.

i got the dual rate remote rezzie fronts and converted dual rate rear stocker from tcs.......huge difference in all areas

 

 

and the service i recieved was top notch....way better then the people treated me at works or elka

That would be correct. Mine are not "zps".

she called to friday, i learned i was running un preloaded in the front and preloaded in teh back. shit if i knew. guess thats not very good. so they are getting rid of the zps and making them more what i told them i do.

 

dave if you can hit them whoops at 3rd gear and not rattle your teeth loose them i would be happy cause thats sounds like it ride like a caddy. guess only time will find out.

 

i know i had shane work my rear shock over and its pretty smooth and holding up well.

Man, that is fast! I need to get my rear shock on my Banshee re-valved, but I have some trips coming up... Might be sending them my shock soon!
