hey guys i gotta serious problem my friend and i went riding the other day and everything worked fine mine cranked first kick and everything.... well when we were done i hosed it down and stuff and then rolled it to put it up... well today i went out to run it a lil bit and now it won't go into gear the shifter just moves up and down... ALSO the kickstart moves effortlessly like you can push it down with your pinky finger and it's not catching nothing either.... now i don't know if these problems are linked some way so i got another bike to pull me around the field and it just doesn't go into gear or anything..... i have no clue what the heck happened to my bike..?????????? can someone please help?

ok i just realized i said that wrong all the story i wrote before was correct except for the shifter itself the shifter doesn't move at all not up or down it's like it's stuck... but the kickstarter is still moving like effortlessly like with my pinky finger... sorry i just realized what i wrote.... let me know i can't figure it out

drian your fluids and pull your cover... see if the idler gear is being ingauged when you push down the kicker..

 

for your shifter see if your star and shift shaft are inline? you might need to rebuild it...if so call jeff at fast he has some mods you can do to it to improve your shifting while your at it...
