exhaust head flanges?

I bought a used motofast 2 into 1. I want to weld on new style o-ringed head flanges. Does anyone know where I can get them?

They look like they are welded on most new pipes, so I figure someone supplies them to the pipe builders, atleast I hope...

Can anyone help?
