compresion on new motor

I have a rebuild motor that i got board and cross honed I put 64.5mm wisco pistons in it, new gaskets, stock head, compression reading around 100psi the motor has never ran yet. The guy who did the boaring said i should have around 150psi. Every thing is toruqed to specs can anyone help me out.

Make sure you hold the throttle wide open when testing. After you get it started I believe your compression will raise a bit.
