dajogejr Posted February 19, 2007 Report Posted February 19, 2007 you running single carb or duals?? On a full drag ported cub...geez, I sure hope not Wes.. If you're running a single carb, you're probably close. Duals, I'd say you're beyond safely rich....WAY rich, especially on the pilot. Quote

wesw Posted February 20, 2007 Report Posted February 20, 2007 (edited) 52 pilot, 150 mains needle most likely mid clip or 4th dek needle i used depending on what needle you have. makes a difference. this is what i ran at 1000ft plugs looked great. this was with shearers and pods. you might have to adjust your mains a bit. not too much my guess. Banchetta Posted February 22, 2007 Report Posted February 22, 2007 I'm running perfect w/ 172 mains, 60 pilots, DEK needle 3rd clip w/ a 4mil, shearers, mx port....I find the PJ's need richer settings then the PWK's... Does it start easy when cold? Warm? Do you need the choke? I'd try some 175 mains and do another plug check. Quote
