Kama Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 I'm just wondering what the difference is between the CV and PJ carb? Which would be better in a single carb setup? I'm looking to buy one in the next week and just wondering the difference. Quote
bigboybanshee Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 If you have a choice, get a PWK. I've got a PJ carb and I'm not crazy about it at all. Just my .02 Quote
Snopczynski Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 (edited) cv is a constant velocity carb usually used on four strokes (have one in my Rhino). The pj is a standard slide carb. The pj would work better. I would run a pwk though. Edited February 9, 2007 by Snopczynski Quote
FireHead Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 I don't beleive that I have ever seen a CV carb on a two stroke engine. Quote

CV Setup Thats a cv manifold (constant velocity 2 into 1), the carb on it is a pwk on their site. :yelrotflmao: Jet skis and snowmobiles are the only 2 strokes that run cv carbs. Quote
