sounds like a sticking float. tap the carb bowl with a screwdriver handle or something and see if it quits. if not, pull the carb bowl off and clean it again if needed. carefully reassemble it. i usually tip the carb a little a few times before putting back on the quad and listen for the floats to drop. that's most likely all it is. good luck.

Ya its gotta be the floats. There always either sticking or bouncing out of adjustment. So just take the carb off and take it COMPLETELY apart spray everything out with carb cleaner and maybe measure the float height. It should be right about 21 or 22mm not sure which one. and put it back together and it will stop leaking. Ive had this problem many times.
