Do they come w/ throttle cable and tors? the carbs have the tors. one is missing the slide. i want $125 or trade for other parts i need. i am new to quads and i am going by what i have been told they are worth. if i am out of line please let me know. i am looking for nerf bars, 6 pack rack, plastics for the gas tank in yellow.
