problem with jetting and fouling plugs

Hey guys im having a problem with my bike for some reason, my left side cyclinder keeps fouling out and it doesnt matter what elevation im at the bike as it sits is setup for sand mountain NV elevation but i was wondering what jetts i should put in it for where i live santa rosa Ca, sea level or maybe a little lower im not sure, and i thought the problem im having is that my spark plug wire is coroted and im planning on changing them out and i checked the compression in both cyclinders and they are equal at 170 lbs so i dont think i burnt or wore out the rings cuase they are fairly new. anyone have any suggestions on jetting for me and maybe some other explantion for just the left side fouling out and i dont use the choke on that side. any help would be greatly appriactated.
