kb247 Posted December 22, 2006 Report Posted December 22, 2006 IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TH PILOT JET IS AND HOW TO CHANGE IT ANY INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL THANKS If you take your carb and look at it from the front which means look at it the way air passes through it you will see a small hole with a small brass jet on the top of it, take a small flat head screwdriver and simply unscrew it. it is very easy. LiftdT4R Posted December 22, 2006 Report Posted December 22, 2006 Dude, you really should pick up a Clymer shop manual, especially if you plan onm working on the bike yourself. There are a few good actual pictures of the insides of the carb in there. It will be the best $30 you spend on your bike! Quote
