Well Just got home from turkey day out at Dumont dunes. had a great time and all was well with the fresh engine  ( all work done by Rudy Kurtz at Port Magic Racing) until saturday bout 3pm  . First here is the work i had done to the bike. Bored .20 over, port and polish, case match port, 35mm Mukuni's(300 mains) crank trued and welded, shift star mod, 20 domes on a cool head, and all new bearings and seals. She ran good on thurs, fri and half of sat. but sat. afternoon she had no giddy-up and the sound of marbles in the lower half. :banghead: I shut her down instantly and was towed back to camp. I have compression, at first the clutch felt like it had no resistance but that seems to have come back. it will fire up but dies if i dont give her some throttle. and a distinct rattle sound coming from the lower half. Any idea's?? I am going to talk to rudy monday morning just hoping to get some ideas here as well. if you need more info ask questions so i can help you help me thanks:thanks:

This was my motor from a 2002 banshee. I blew a piston 5 weeks ago in Glamis and that was the first time i have ever had a problem with her. I always said i would wait to get her ported and other goodies until something went wrong. when it blew i then had the work described above done to her. I did a break in to the letter as Rudy (port Magic) had told me to. I had ran nearly 4 gallons of fuel through her during the break in sessions. then another 10 gallons later is when the mystery marble sound from the lower half happened. It also happend as i was shooting up comp hill :whistling: ..... hope this helps
