Yup, waste of $$. I bought one from Harbor Freight about 2 years ago for about 35 bucks.

Only good for stripping labels off of coffee cans in IMHO , and that was at 90 PSI .

I mainly wanted to strip the chrome plating off my Toomey pipes for rechroming later.

Hah !!!, forget it . It prolly took me 20 minutes just to remove about 4 sq. inches of chrome.

So, like dude , save yer money :down:

Yeah, I heard they wrok great for some things, but not for metal things. If you strip the paint off something that is metal you need to be careful with the metal because if left in the same spot for too long it will deform the metal (ie. look like a dent).

 

This one may not be that powerful but ya never know.............. :beer:
