black sunshine Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 Have this on my SST's. Rode all summer with this and had no problems with burst hoses or overheating. It is not comforting to know this is going on and I'm sure it doesnt help cooling, but has not posed any problems with my bike. I think most SSTs have this problem, havent heard of it with T5s, though. Quote
dajogejr Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 T5s are the same... Flip that bottom coolant hose around....the end close to the radiator has a plastic spring around it.... You can twist the tube a little bit and then clamp it down to keep it there (hose clamp)... Happens, don't worry about it... Quote
