LiftdT4R Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Just was wondering what other people were doing about their shifter after putting on AC Pro Pegs. I can't get my foot under the shifter to shift up, and it hits my nets when I shift down. The nets are as loose as it allows, I was just going to cut the nets and burn the ends, but I was gonna see what yall were doin first? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Quote

Tried that allready, it's at the point where it's moved so far up that it's akward to shift. I don't wear a big size shoe or anything like that, but with riding boots or even work boots it's tough to shift. Quote

LiftdT4R Posted November 3, 2006 Author Report Posted November 3, 2006 WOW THATS NO GOOD HUH I HAVENT USED THOSE PEGS BUT SOUNDS WEIRD Yeah, in order for me to be able to get my foot under it, the shifter is way too high, and will hit the stator cover. I played around with it again today, I adjusted the nets and everything. If I remember right a while back, someone said they used a shorter shifter, possibly one off another bike? Any info on that?
