Well, its been over a year and a half since I have gotten my motor built and has set in the box in storage since then. I haven't had time to do anything with it until last week. Have the frame back to a rolling chassis now and the motor is set in. Quad has been apart for then 2 years and still hunting down bolts, nuts, etc.

But to the point, I have new PWK's to put on and I need some jet sizes for main & pilot to start with. You can get other mods from my sig and I am at 400' elevation.

I appreciate your help,

Justin

150 mains, 48 pilots and CEL or DEK needle in the middle clip should get you close.

I'd ask Jim from Passion what he recommends...since I've read his 12 port can be a little finicky....but runs good once jetted.

Got a hold of Jim. He said to start at 155 main and 55 pilot and back off from there if need be.

Thanks,

Justin

Smart man. He's starting you off Rich to be safe.... 55 pilot is what they normally put in Alky bikes, so...it'll be rich.

I just went from a 50 pilot to 45 in my cub....Silver Lake Dunes next weekend, so...I'll see how that runs.

cubs compared to stock cylinders seem to run way different jetting.

smaller pilots but bigger mains seems to the cub do anyways.
