the shee has no power

my friend has a 97'shee with full drag port,+5 rods,blaster super stock 80over,nos head 20mm.domes,t5 pipes,16/41gearing,and the timeing is at +5 but the bike has no power wen it's put in gear.and the left pipe is not hitting like the right. if possible can one of you guys help a new comer.

Has the compression been checked, what is it? what do the spark plugs look like, is one fowled more than the other. have you tried swapping spark plug wires to see if it changes sides. sounds like either spark or carb issue....ie reeds ok? carbs synced? plugs? spark? just a couple of ideas

the plug wiers wer swaped, three sets of carbs wer used, reeds replaced, pompression is good, and the plugs are both brownish, and it gives the same outcome.
