I installed the TORS removal kit today. I filed the piece down flat first, then drilled the holes, then made the threads, and noticed that the idle screws are different. One is threaded all the way to the head and the other is threaded almost all the way. Which one goes on what carb? I think I got it right and sync'd the carbs. I cleaned everything in this process: carbs, filter, airbox, reeds(checked them also). Well, when I started it back up it started smokin out the right pipe. I did have a problem with the left carb leaking gas but I rebuilt it, nothing with the right side. This is a new 2006 model also. Well, I see on the forums it could be a crank seal, but I am not losing any oil that I can tell from the dipstick. My right tail pipe has oil residue on it and the left is clean.
