zr8rider Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Hey guys, First post, so be gentle with me if my wording is incorrect. I'm clueless here. We added the tors removal kit to the 89 banshee. Everything went in smoothly, no problems. When we start the bike up, it idles good, then the idle starts climbing to the point we have to shut off the motor. The carb slides are at the bottom and the idle screw is all the way out, just touching. airbox and filter are on, and carb boots look good with no leaks. What are we missing? Thanks in advance for any reply or helpful info. ZR Quote
[email protected] Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 check out the tors removal instructions in my sig ( the link ) ..... it will show you how to properly remove teh tors. Sounds like a air leak to me in one of your boots. but the tors is good at making everything seem messed up..... start with tors. Quote
