when is set my timing plate @ +4 bike run's perfect, always start first crank. but if i set it to +5 and over it will not start at all. anybody would have an idea why?

Check the gap between the pickup coil and the flywheel. SHould be .020" between them. You want to measure between the "square bump" on the flywheel. You can also use a matchbook cover to get a rough estimate. My guess is the gap is too large.
