I had it bored .20 over and put a Wiesco topend kit in it. I just finished up this evening with the breakin and it runs great! my son has been riding it for several years without any problems and he finally wore it out. When I purchased it new in December of "03",I broke it in just like the manual said to do and I think thats why I had to rebuild the topend. I know that we did not have 75 hrs on it! When I tore it down and took it to my trusty guy,he said other than the ring gap and the wear on the bore that I should continue to do what I have been doing as far as the maintenance of the motor.You could still see the crosshatch in both jugs!
