A friend of mine got pulled over a while back and he asked why he was pulled over and the cop said with the dealer plates on the car I thought you were my ex-wife and her new car paid for with my money. I would have came up with a reason.............

Nice. It is always great to see another Chevelle lover.

I almost got a '66, but then decided to go for '67. I just like the subtle differences more.

I have a fairly stock 396 with a T-400.

Be careful, just like your Banshee, these things will devour your money supply. Perhaps even more vigorously. It has with me anyway.

Here is my first time at the strip ever. Enjoy.

My best so far is 8.7 @ 81 mph on the 1/8, which is roughly equivalent to 13.5 in the 1/4. That's not too bad for a 40 year old engine with pretty minor modifications. It is certainly faster than a lot of other cars out there, like new Mustang Gt's and even that Dodge SRT-10 truck.

Anyway, going to the strip compelled me to start saving for an engine rebuild. Next summer means 500+ cubic inches and around 600 horsepower.

Hit me up if you want to talk about anything!

Yo feedmelies!! That was a Stang's ass you kicked right?? That's great!! Where's their horspower?? haaa!! Nice ride, big bow tie fan!

That's a nice car. Of course all Chevy models are the shit, but 66 was a nice design year for the Chevelle. A friend has the 64 in white with turquois interior. How much for your ride? It looks clean in & out! Here's a link you might enjoy lookin at. http://members.aol.com/mysterychevelle/66CHEVELLESS.html
