Hollister_Hitman Posted August 8, 2006 Report Posted August 8, 2006 I have stock exhaust and 2 of the three exhuast tabs that hold the silencer to the frame broke. Does anyone have a stock left side silencer they would be willing to sell? Quote
racer Posted August 8, 2006 Report Posted August 8, 2006 just weld it, or have it welded. like take it to one of them muffler shops that says, we weld kids toys free. Quote
Hollister_Hitman Posted August 8, 2006 Author Report Posted August 8, 2006 just weld it, or have it welded. like take it to one of them muffler shops that says, we weld kids toys free. LOL, Yeah I was going to do that if I can't find a cheap enough one (like free) Quote
dajogejr Posted August 8, 2006 Report Posted August 8, 2006 Get it welded. I just threw out my stock exhaust, it would cost just as much to ship it even if the parts were free, as it would to have a local yocal weld it (prolly 10 to 20 bucks).... Quote
pipebomb Posted August 8, 2006 Report Posted August 8, 2006 check the other side too. that one might be on it's way out too. I got a full set floating around from the blue bomber yet and I still got the ones on the '06(would finally give me and excuse to put the FMF's on). let me know and I'll let you have a pair pretty cheap(just might need a re-packing). Snopczynski Posted August 8, 2006 Report Posted August 8, 2006 I have an entire stock system that has 5 minutes of run time on it. It was pulled off a brand new bike 2 weeks ago. Quote

Hollister_Hitman Posted August 9, 2006 Author Report Posted August 9, 2006 Dude...you got bigger problems, like a possible bent subframe, etc... Good luck... I like how you say possible, its bent for sure. Now I have a bent steering stem to from that tree crash vid I posted on here Quote
dajogejr Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 My buddy wheelied mine onto the grab bar from the twist that was on it...my bar was bent but the subframe was fine....that's where the "possible" came from ... Get that banshee in the dunes for Chrissakes....sand don't bend the parts as easy... :yelrotflmao: Quote
