Ultimateduner Posted July 14, 2006 Report Posted July 14, 2006 My cousin is buying a new banshee with T6 s on it, he is planning on doing alot of motorwork to this banshee as soon as he gets it. (dune port, wiseco pistons/rings, milled head, bored cylinder, clutch ect. ) He wants to get inframe Cpis like me, but i told him that the T6s might be better for duning. All we do is ride in the dunes with our banshees and he probally wouldn't do any more work after this. What do you think ? Any help is appreciated. Quote
2bzy2p Posted July 14, 2006 Report Posted July 14, 2006 id go with cpis for dunning or drag racing if theres motor work done, T6s are a good pipe although they say the 5s are better with a ported motor and 6s are better for an unported motor! Quote
[email protected] Posted July 14, 2006 Report Posted July 14, 2006 i agree..... Depends on your porting for your decision...... If you are goin for all out power cpi's with a nice agressive port should walk on the toomeys. JMO Quote
g-rider Posted July 14, 2006 Report Posted July 14, 2006 If you are wanting to keep toomeys atleast get T5's but between the two I would go with the CPI's for sure. Quote

I talked to a guy the other day that was running t6s on a 4mill with drag ported cylinders and he said he had a set of t5s also and he prefererd the t6s even with his mods.I personally would prefer the cpis over the toomeys ,but if i already had the t6s i would atleast try them and put your cpis on and see if there was a big enough difference to justify buying another set of pipes.
